Rolling and Forming

Rolling:

• Utilizing a hydraulic rolling machine for heavier applications and variety of manual benders for thin wall pipe and tubing, we can roll or form most of the standard sized circular extrusions.
• For sheeting and plate material, our equipment can roll thinner sheet metal in 3’ and 4’ widths and our larger rolls can tackle pieces up to 8’ wide with a 5/8” mild steel capacity.  

Forming:

• Our forming and breaking equipment range in capacity from thin, 24 gauge sheet metal to heavy gauge steels like ¼" thick plate. With a sizable collection of dies and tooling, we are able to form small and delicate parts as well as larger pieces of heavy duty material.
